Deliveries and returns
Shipping fee - Shipping fee - Free shipping on orders over €80, shipping fee will be added with €15 for orders under €80.
Delivery time - Estimated delivery time is about 5 - 10 working days. If an ordered item is back listed, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time to approve later delivery or cancel the order.
Delivery delays - can occur, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. We always inform the customer if the delivery time deviates significantly from the one we have stated.
Transport - We use DHL Express when we send goods. If the goods are lost or you discover on receipt that the consignment is damaged during transport, you must immediately report this to the relevant carrier. If the carrier does not assume liability for damage, please contact us.
We ship products within UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (metropolitan – not islands, Corsica, etc), Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (metropolitan – not islands Sardinia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.- Together with our shipping partner, we are responsible for the transport risk, ie say the risk of the product being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of return to us.
Complaints - If an item is faulty, defective or incorrectly shipped, please contact us for further detailed instructions. Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 14 days. In the event of return of a faulty, defective or incorrectly shipped item, Polyver Sweden is responsible for the shipping and any replacement delivery. The product must be returned well packaged and in original packaging with an attached description of the defect. If the product is damaged or lost when the customer (you) return it, the customer (you) is responsible for payment. In the event that the customer has made an incorrect order and wants Polyver Group to take back the product, the customer (you) will be charged 10% of the order value and shipping cost.
Right of withdrawal - 14 days right of withdrawal applies when you buy goods on the internet within Sweden. The withdrawal period begins to run when you receive the item. You then have the right to send the item back and get your money back. This is governed by the Distance and Home Sales Act. When you cancel a purchase and return the product, it is you as the consumer who pays for the return shipping. The order cancellation fee is €10.
Force Majeure - Polyver Sweden is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill any obligation in this agreement if the failure is based on liberating circumstances as below and the circumstance complicates, prevents or delays fulfillment. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered to be i.a. a government action or omission, new or changed legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure also includes authorities' decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.
